Make sure your cream and mixing bowl have been cooled in your freezer for a few minutes. In a mixing bowl, beat your whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Pour in your dulce de leche on top of your crust evenly. A cup of dulce de leche works fine for an 8 inch pan. Add the sliced bananas on the top layer. Then, spread the whipped cream over the bananas. You can dust with cocoa powder or shaved chocolate.
